Formaggi Frutta
- 1 Tbsp butter 
- 1 pear, sliced thin 
- 1 cup fresh ricotta 
- 1 orb of burrata 
- 3 oz parmigiano Reggiano 
- ¼ cup marcona almonds 
- 2 Tbsp sweet hot mustard 
Melt butter in a small bowl. Lay pear slices out on a baking sheet and brush them each with a little bit of butter, then sprinkle on a little bit of salt. Grill or pan-sear the pear slices in batches until each has a little color. Transfer to a serving platter or cutting board.
Arrange ricotta, burrata, parmesan, almonds and mustard around the pears. Serve with grilled bread.
